"Nice To Beef You", a promotional campaign under EU BEEF ASIA, spearheaded by PROVACUNO from Spain and ASSOCARNI from Italy, aims to boost the awareness and recognition of European Quality Beef among beef industry professionals in South Korea.
As part of this high-level delegation, from April 6th to 10th prominent South Korean beef professionals were invited to engage directly with the beef production ecosystem in Europe from Spain. The program included exclusive technical visits to leading cattle farms, modern slaughterhouses, and advanced cutting and processing facilities. These site visits offered participants an in-depth look at the traceability, food safety, and quality assurance protocols that define the European approach to premium beef production.
Beyond on-site learning, the trip served as a dynamic forum for bilateral dialogue—providing space for discussions on production best practices, sustainability, and evolving consumer demands. The hands-on experience not only demonstrated the robustness of European systems but also fostered professional ties and the potential for long-term industry cooperation between the two regions.
